The location was excellent and lovely, right by up high above the town of Orta San Giulio from where one can simultaneously view the 'seven lakes', the centre of Orta and the Lago Maggiore. Got the same well-kept room with air conditioning in bedroom booked online, really enjoyed that;))

Hotel located 3 km from Orta San Giulio, at the foot of the road with indoor and outdoor parking. The best of all is the beach just across the road (free for hotel guests) with crystal clear water, sandy beach, sunshades, toilets and a bar where you can eat. The hotel is simple (a two star hotel in Spain), the room a bit tight for four. The cleaning is good although they have to take into account the issue of mosquitoes, an insecticide that is plugged in would not be bad in the room. They have air conditioning in the room but not in the corridors and common places so sometimes you can feel the heat. The right and friendly staff.
It's a long way from town to walk. At night, in summer, the happy mosquitoes appear (nothing to blame the hotel), they even offered us insect repellent in case we went to dinner in Orta San Giulio.

Wonderful small hotel, very responsive and friendly staff. I even ordered a parcel with delivery to the hotel, the company did not deliver to the Russian Federation, everything was accepted, we were given :). The rooms are quite spacious, with balconies. There is a playroom / gym with a couple of simulators, a playhouse, toys, table football, tennis table and much more. What's convenient - the game room can be viewed from the side of the covered tables on the veranda, you can enjoy food and wine and watch your child. Rooms are cleaned daily. There is a small fridge in the room. Delicious lunches and dinners... Very convenient location - a 2-minute walk to Miami Beach (paid and near free, where you can sit on the grass in the shade of a tree), convenient parking, convenient access by car.
The only thing you'd recommend to supplement is breakfast. Add porridge to everything you have, and that would be great!

During our stay at a hotel by the lake, we had the pleasure of enjoying a glass of beer with a breathtaking view. The host, Ottello, was incredibly helpful, generous, and fun. Our large room with a fantastic lake view provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The hotel's terrace offered a delightful dining experience with a regional menu that was easy to choose from, and the breakfast was delicious with great coffee. The spacious rooms and well-appointed bathrooms added to our comfort. Although the hotel's style may be considered dated, it still exudes a charm that we thoroughly enjoyed. The price-to-quality ratio was exceptional, and we had nothing negative to say about our stay. From the friendly and warm hotel staff to the recommendation-worthy restaurant, every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Bellissimo! I liked everything at the hotel! My friends and I came to swim in the Oceanman Lago di Orta. We spent 4 days at the hotel. Very cozy and comfortable hotel, very polite and attentive staff. Administrator Ellie is the best! Elli you are the Best! Ready to help in love time of day and night, always in good mood, always smiling. It was very nice to talk to you. Nourishing breakfasts. The hotel has its own small restaurant on the veranda, where a large selection of dishes for lunch and dinner, fantastic home wine. In the evenings, the cook prepares very tasty grilled dishes. Convenient access from the railway station, near the beach, cozy rooms with Italian zest, new furniture, fantastic nature around, clean air, the hotel stands on the shore of Lake Orta. Very, very happy! We will be happy to stay at this hotel for next year! Ellie, thank you for everything! Elli sei il migliore!!! Grazie di tutto! See you next year!

Really friendly and helpful staff, from the moment we arrived we felt very welcome, and well looked after. The hotel rooms have good sized balconies with views of the lake, the hotel also has its own private beach on the lake side, and the hotel has large terraces where you can sit, or also dine. Our room was comfortable, there was an indoor and out door carpark. You can take a nice walk into orta san giulio from the hotel. Its a good base to go and visit many interesting and beautiful places around Orta, Lago Maggiore and further afield to the swiss lakes not far away. The hotel resturant was very convient, and also the food was excellent, we had stunning risottos and fresh fish from the lake. We had a great time staying at this hotel and would definalty stay again.

We stayed the last night before the winter closure of the hotel in November. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and funny. The room was nicely decorated and had a balcony with a lake view. It was cold but the number of blankets was largely sufficient. The breakfast was complete (buffet with bread, jam, meat, eggs..) with a good freshly brewed coffee. There is a free covered parking, right to the entrance and the lift of the hotel. The hotel is on the side of the road that makes the tour of the lake, but there was few cars and we couldn't hear them. We didn't expected such a quality for that price.
The towels were a little bit dusty, but we had brought ours so we didn't try to ask to change them. The hotel is rather isolated, but it is only a five minutes drive to Orta where we spent a wonderful evening.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for a stay in a beautiful area right by the lake. The location is perfect, right on the shore, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning views and easy access to the water. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities provided, such as air conditioning in the bedroom and a balcony, enhance the comfort of the rooms. One highlight is the breakfast, which includes freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly prepared coffee, all included in the price.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.
